As you drive longer distances, your FSD utilization will exceed 99%, converging to 100%. In other words, it has evolved to 12.5, showing tremendous progress even before highway E2E was still applied. In 12.3, this is a remarkable achievement considering that the average monthly FSD utilization rate was 95-96%. It's the same as matured into a student who scored 99-100 after getting 95-96 points in math. Now, when highway E2E, Banished Parking, and ASS (Actually Smart Summer) are applied, it will evolve to target over 99.5% once again.
